The grade selected from the drop down menu should reflect the difficulty of the moves. Additional information such as a local trad grade or a warning about spaced or bad protection can be given in the optional text field.

Additional information that does not spoil the on-sight, for example information about the first ascent, warnings about loose rock, or hints on how to get to the beginning of the route.

The beta text is hidden in the route listing so that it won't spoil the on-sight for climbers who don't want to see it.
