No special access issues
There are two alternatives for parking and approach, using the parking of Hallinden, or the paid parking at Smålinden:
1, Hallinden parking and approach 🅿️ 🆓:
Follow the path up towards the summit of Hallinden, which leads above the steep cliff face. After passing the southwest face of Hallinden, and just before the path makes a somewhat steep or narrow move up to the left near the summit, continue straight ahead along a faint trail through the undergrowth. After about 20 meters, turn right and descend slightly to cross the head of the ravine. Scramble up a few steps, then follow the slope down to the right of the ravine; the cliff face will soon be on your left. This takes no more than 2–3 minutes after leaving the path to the summit.
The route in the obvious corner is “Herr Ober, eis, bitte!”; it is the leftmost one. The remaining cracks appear in the order described below.
2, Smålinden parking and approach 🅿️ 💸:
Park at Smålinden and pay the fee. Park only behind the marked line. If the parking is full or you cannot pay, park at Hallindens station instead and walk along the railway track and field edge to the crag.and follow the road south for about 250 meters until the meadow ends. Turn onto the forest road to the right, near an old information sign for climbers. Follow the road uphill, veering slightly right after a while and passing some boulders (potential for new problems?), until it turns into a small path leading steeply up toward the back of Hallinden. The crag will appear on your right. It is a 700-meter walk from the parking area to the crag. This is the quickest route and the best option if this specific crag is your sole destination for the day.
