The Heidenfels bouldering site is the result of years of hard work by the late Lorenzo Saccomani who also created the Laurenzoboulderfels and equipped many routes in Alsace and Moselle. It is one of the larger site of the area and counts about 90 defined problems for Fb3 to Fb 6c+ on 23 separate boulders and more potential for development. The beautiful red sandstone can be quite mossy, so strong brushes may be needed to clean the boulders.
