Kvam Østre, Ølnes

"Plommehagen" offers excellent slab climbing with great rock quality. At "Utsikten" and "The Great Overhang," you will find steep, modern overhang climbing. "Ølnes" And "Parasonic" are quiet and nice sectores in nature away from road noice.

This is where climbing began in Sogndal in the 1980s, and the first routes were established. "Psyko" is a classic route in this area and is highly recommended.
