There is no known restrictions for the climbing.
About 800 m walk from a spacious parking lot at Riksten (Easy Park, not free anymore!)
Alternatively, 10 min by bus number 721x (or 721 which takes longer time) from Tullinge station to Gösta Frohms väg bus stop in Riksten, then walk about 1 km.
One can also cycle from Tullinge or Tumba.
