No special access issues
Despite the very comfortable main base, please pay special attention to the side facing the sea, especially if climbing with children, as there is a cliff drop of more than 20 meters. On some routes, particularly on the right side of the sector, the first bolts are far from the ground, so using a stick or extension pole for clipping it is highly recommended. Routes considered too dangerous due to old anchors have been omitted from the topo.
How to reach the parking area:
From the AP-7, take exit 64 N-332 Altea/Calpe. After the old toll booth, continue towards N-332 Calpe/Valencia, and after passing the Mascarat tunnels, drive 6.3 km and turn right to enter the Maryvilla residential area. Remain on the left at the first intersection, and 230 m later, at the next intersection, continue right. After 600 m, reach a trifurcation and take the second street on the left. At the next intersection, 600 m further, continue left, then shortly after you will reach a STOP sign. Turn right and follow the street to the end: the parking is located on the right-hand branch.
Approach:
From the parking lot, continue up the street on a slight incline. After stepping over a chain, you will reach the first routes of the sector.
