No special access issues
As it is not a very frequented area, it is normal for the approach path to be covered with weeds in its final part, so it is convenient to take pruning shears with you. There are some routes that reach or even exceed 40 meters of height, so it is strongly recommended to use ropes of the greatest possible length (80 or even 100m) and always tie a knot at the end of them.
How to get to the parking area:
From the AP-7 take exit 65 N-332 Benidorm (Levante)/Callosa d'en Sarrià (if you travel from the south) or exit 65 N-332 Benidorm (Levante) (if you do it from the north). After the tollbooth, take the first exit on the right towards CV-70 La Nucía/Callosa and follow these indications for 7 km. Just before entering the urban area of La Nucía you will arrive at the Rotonda 1, easily identifiable by the two yellow brushes that adorn its inside, and take its 3rd exit towards CV-70 Benimantell/El Castell de Guadalest/Alcoi. Follow these indications for 6 km and then take a cement track that is born on the left-hand side. To avoid mistakes, take as reference the Km 38 sign of the CV-70, which is located just after two very sharp left and right curves, respectively. From this signal, the crossing is 750 meters ahead, just after two blue signs of "Recommended 60". Follow this track on the left, without deviating, for 2.7 km until you arrive at the parking lot, located in a widening from where a path to the right is born with a chain that hinders its passage.
Approach:
From the parking lot , follow the path from the chain until reaching a very sharp curve to the left from where you can see a house. In that curve, a path to the right is born, which turns to the left a few meters ahead to take a continuous ascending ramp. At the end of the ramp, you will reach a crossing where you will turn left again. Follow this path, leaving some impressive walls on your right. After these, the trail enters a narrow corridor bordered by vegetation, paved with a dirt floor. When the ground turns to rock, continue for about 20 meters until reaching a small clearing marked by a low man-made stone wall. Here, a small trail branches off sharply to the right (180º turn) and leads directly to the sector.
